The facility stands on a hill surrounded by greenery in a panoramic position from where you can admire the Sibillini Mountains, the Laga Mountains, the Gran Sasso and the Maiella, while being only a few kilometres from the sea. It is only 30 km from the beautiful and historic Ascoli Piceno and just 12 km from San Benedetto del Tronto, a renowned seaside resort.

A timeless cottage
The structure consists of four flats that have been completely renovated and furnished in the local rural style and can accommodate groups and families of two, four and six persons. Each flat is independent and has its own entrance, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedrooms, and loggia with panoramic view.
